BUYING PROCESS AND PLACEMENT OF ORDERS

To place an order you should connect www.cqjoyas.com and register by completing the online form at all times displayed in the store and following the instructions therein. Upon registration, and in order to proceed with the purchase, the customer must add the product you wish to purchase to the basket, according to the details listed on screen, filling these effects the order form provided and validating the same.

The validation of the order by the client's knowledge means that you are acknowledging and accepting the general and special conditions of contract as part of the contract .

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by CQ Joyas constitute proof of all transactions between CQ Joyas and its customers.

CQ Joyas will file the electronic document formalizing the contract and it will be accessible to the customer.

Once the purchase is made and in the shortest possible time, always later than 24 hours from the execution of the purchase, CQ Joyas Customer Service will send you an email giving proof of purchase and estimated date product shipping.

In the event that, for reasons of force majeure or for any effect attributable to CQ Joyas, the product is not available after making the purchase, CQ Joyas will notify the buyer by email of the total or partial cancellation. CQ Joyas will inform the client when the product will be available again.

The contract shall be formalized and completed at the time of receipt of payment by CQ Joyas, from which time starts to count the time for delivery of the purchase.

If within 48 hours of receipt of order, CQ jewelry has not received payment for the same, it shall cancel the request.

PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS AND TAXES SHIPPING EXPENSES

The prices of the products offered through www.cqjoyas.com page include VAT. Local taxes and duties shall be payed by the customer.

However, these prices do not include shipping costs of the products , which vary depending on the shipping address. These are listed in the payment process and must be accepted by the user at the time of requisition .

For purchases made from / destined for the Canary Islands will be automatically deducted VAT on products at the time of purchase.

CQ Joyas reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of registration of order.

SHIPPING

The selection of products displayed on www.cqjoyas.com is usually in stock . Delivery will be made within approximately 3-10 days after receiving payment. If on the other hand we do not have stock, and we should manufacture the product , we estimate within approximately 30 days. CQ Joyas always informs the customer of the delivery date. In the event that there is any stock shortage or unavailability of an item CQJoyas will contact the customer to immediately notify and give you a new deadline. In any case, a delay in delivery at times does not entitle the customer to demand compensation.

All shipments are fully packaged with bubble envelope and in a box to protect it within an organza bag and CQ Joyas card, but if you want to make a special gift , you have the option of purchasing the gift wrapping service.

Just for an extra of 2€, the person you are making the gift will receive this beautiful box with ribbon and card from CQ Joyas. The gift option can also be applied to home deliveries different than the usual residence of the customer, just specifying it at "comments " at the time of placing the order.

PAYMENT

The payment of the price and shipping of products purchased through CQ Joyas is made at the time of confirmation of the purchase shipment to the user's email by CQ Joyas. The proof of purchase that corresponds to the order will be available and will be shown in the "My Account : Order ".

Ways of payment accepted by CQJoyas are:

A) Credit card Visa, MasterCard or American Express . For payments made with cards issued outside Spain , it is necessary that the issuing bank be included at Protocol Secure Electronic Commerce Security (CES ). No payments will be accepted with cards that do not meet this requirement.
B) Paypal
C) Bank Transfer . Once the order is completed by the customer, he will be informed of the bank account for the transfer. It is very important that in the field SENDER or specify the following : Order number - name and surname .

 

RETURN POLICY , CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT OF ORDERS.

The buyer will have a maximum period of 7 working days from delivery of the product to exercise their right to cancel and return the product or any of the products ordered ( without having to justify why ) . CQ Joyas will proceed to the payment of the amount upon receipt of the product in perfect conditions and preserving, as far as possible their original packaging and labeling . For a refund , the buyer must include a copy of proof of purchase and the delivery note in the box or envelope. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In case of non-conformity with the product order, meaning in this case only the following reasons:

- The product does not comply with the description given by the seller.

- The product does not have the quality and performance of normal products of the same type as the consumer and user can reasonably expect, given the nature of the product and, where appropriate, public statements on the specific characteristics of the products made by the seller , the producer or his representative, particularly in advertising or labeling ( the seller shall not be bound by any such public statements by demonstrating that did not know and could not reasonably expect the statement in question, that the statement had been corrected at the time of conclusion of the contract or that the statement could not influence the decision to buy the product).

The consumer may request the repair or replacement of the product by sending an email to reclamaciones@cqjoyas.com indicating the item you returned and the reason, and ship the product :

If you want to replace the item with an equivalent, upon receipt of the item to be returned, we will send the new item to your address without postage. If, however, you just want to repair the product , CQ Joyas will take care of it at no cost, and also handles the shipping . 

If by means of the characteristics of the product or stock thereof  it is not possible to carry out the repair or replacement of the CQ Joyas will notify the customer and shall refund the amount paid within 7 days.

PRODUCT REPAIR.

If you have had an incident with a your piece of jewelry or it is damaged for any reason , you can contact info-cqjoyas@cqjoyas.com to send the item . We will pass  a repair estimate and if the customer agrees with it, we will repair it and send it back. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
